During the checkout process of your order, you will be able to select your delivery day for any Monday – Friday. We have a 3:00 P.M. order cutoff time for next day orders.

Our delivery window for our prepared meals is 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. You will receive a text from us when your order leaves our facility for delivery with live tracking information so you can see exactly where your order is!

We have several core menu items that remain the same throughout the year and do not change. In addition to our core menu, we have several weekly specials that change each week. Every Thursday afternoon, we upload next week’s new specials to our website so be sure to stay tuned!

Your order will arrive to you packaged in either an insulated cooler bag or box depending on the size of your order. In your order, you will find an ice pack to keep your meals chilled, as well as your order receipt.

During the checkout process of your order, you will be able to select your pickup time for any time between 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mondays – Fridays.

We ask that you order your meals by 3:00PM the day prior to get your meals the next day. Since we are making each one of your meals to order and not in bulk, we avoid stockpiling any items to ensure that you are always eating a vibrant meal with fresh ingredients.

We recommend that you are present at the time of delivery for your prepared meals to ensure the highest quality of your food. We do not want to leave your food outside or unattended so please choose a delivery address where you will be present during our delivery frame (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.). If you are unsure of where you will be during the delivery time, you can have your meals delivered to your home, your office, your friend’s house, your parents’ house… anywhere! You name the place and we will deliver it there. If you are not present at the time of delivery, we will leave your food outside the address in our delivery bag.

All of our meals are made at our Ghost Kitchen facility located at 7648 Southland Blvd. Orlando, FL 32809. Here, we have our own fully licensed and inspected private kitchen.

We make all menu items from scratch with fresh ingredients that have no preservatives. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you eat your meals within 4 to 5 days of receiving them. Each prepared meals item that you purchase from us will have a best by date on it.

You will find specific reheat instructions on each one of your food items that needs reheating. In your prepared meals entrees, all items in a black souffle cup will not get reheated. These items are meant to be eaten cold so please make sure to remove them from your container before you reheat your meal. Each food item that is meant to be reheated will come with specific reheat instructions depending on the food. Please make sure to follow these directions accurately to ensure the highest-quality meal. Even though all of our food items are fully cooked, we recommend you heat your meal to an internal temperature of 165°F.
